Hi Terri:

I'm so glad you found a solution and that you are feeling so much better! :h2) :h2) :h2)

Step 3 is a big step and staying there a bit longer will help you get steady and stay steady no matter what happens. :h11)

I am concentrating on my journal, but making some improvements to my program as my journal instructs me. I remind myself daily to go slow and not make a lot of changes or everything will derail. I know - this has happened to me before. :h3)
