Welcome! I'm glad you are posting and doing the program. When did you start doing breakfast? Are you eating breakfast every day, within the hour, with enough protein for your weight and a complex carb? And the most important question? Do you love your breakfast?
Usually the next step after breakfast is journalling what you eat and your body's reactions to it - both physical and emotional. But, I have heard it said that guys are different then girls. and that they don't usually like to journal, but still do OK.
So, if you are the "typical" guy, the next step would be step 3. If you join that list they have lots of information that would be helpful to you. Basically step three is about eating three meals a day and moving sugars to meals.
Really you can choose any protein source you like for each meal as long as you eat enough for your weight (your weight divided by 2 and then split into thirds), as for vegies - again the world's your oyster.
You don't need to switch from whites to browns on step 3 but you can if you want. There are oodles of fun complex carbs or "browns" as we call them to choose from.
