I guess I have in a way combined the principles of 4hour body, your book, and my experience with what my body does best on. My chiropractor suggested getting off all grains/sugar to see if (besides the obvious health reasons), if it would lesson my chronic pain. So this plan is 2-fold for me; weight loss and pain relief. I read PNP some years back and while I thought at the time it was great info, I can't remember most of it now! I need to re-read.
I will take any all help I can get. I just started running earlier this year and completed a 5k in July, but I keep hurting myself in one form or another. My chiropractor keeps telling me to cut back and from what I've been reading on running, I finally accepted that I need to rest, but it scares me that I will lose all the progress I've made. I've struggled with my weight my entire life and I'm determined to make THIS my last 'diet' and to continue running.
Thank you for help.
