its ok to introduce change bit-by-bit... we call this a nano step :h11) So you might try different protein combinations, or a shake, and find what suits you best

have you seen the step one list as well? do you know how to find it? theres lots of people with a ton of experience there and lots of new people asking similar questions so it would be so good to share there too.

what foods do you like? I like shake and also full english for Sundays and sometimes stew or chilli :h11)
