its a good idea of yours to plan a detox day nice and peaceful. As for a speedy approach, My own experience was a detox like that ( on another plan) and so now I always would encourage anyone to do the steady and mindful way as it was a bit rough . I did another 'detox' when it came to caffeinated coffee as my step 6. and though it had always been awful before, with this approach it was a non event. And I am sure, more healing forme in the long run.
'Slower' turnsout to be 'faster ' for me. I did the steps in about a month, I think, and then revisited from step one for perhaps 8 months. I discovered many of those 'embedded' things from experience and even though I was already 'browned' and thought I had everything about set, there was a lot more to learn about

what have you discovered about breakfast so far? Do you find all 4 parts ok for you? what do you like best?
