Good for you for hanging in there even though breakfast has been hard.
Keep working on finding your go-to breakfast and good things will happen for you. I've been making a smoothie with plain greek yogurt, sweet potato, milk, cinnamon and a bit of brown sugar. Yum! I also like eggs and/or cottage cheese for my breakfast protein. I usually have oatmeal on the side for a quick brown.
Try not to worry about the weight fluctuations right now. Focus on the solution (solid breakfast). Put all your energy into creating good new habits. Plan your breakfast the night before. Think about how to make it easy and delicious. Take care of you.
You can do it! You can heal your body, one step at a time.
