That is inspiring to hear - that I don't need to worry about the rest of the day / night, tomorrow will always come, and with it - a new day, the chance to keep trying!
Do you think I should just tell myself....to take it one day at a time, and maybe even divide the day into chunks...like 3 hours at a time, I'll make sure to try stick to my goals of...not having too much sugar at once?
