Thank you so much Dori. I am so hard on myself and I do one thing that I feel guilty about...like, oh, I had this cookie/chocolate or oh no, I had all this over-sweet coffee drinks today...what do I do? I hate guilt, it just fuels so much self-deprication.
Should I stop having other forms of sugar like...fruits, yogurt? I find these things are so healthy however, and do not trigger me. The problems I do have are, as I mentioned before, with the very sweet coffees and tea drinks. I really feel like quitting these completely is the only solution but I am afraid and don't think I can do it....
As for breakfast, it's still hard to make this regular. I eat little during the day, have no appetite really. Just at evening and then the problem is, I end up being SO hungry at night that I eat so fast and hurried! And I wake up the next morning feeling awful, the cycle continues.
