Thanks Chloe,
I do realize the 4 parts to breakfast...do these 4 parts apply to other meals too? I need to start with breakfast...and then, do I eventually apply it all to my schedule of eating for the rest of the day?
I hope I can heal...I'm having some confusion. I feel like, well maybe it's not over-eating but, I can't seem to get myself to eat slowly...is this because I set myself up for it, by usually not eating breakfast? I'm so confused! I'm never hungry in the morning but by evening I'm ravenous, and then I eat too fast at night and feel terribly bloated...and the awful cycle continues.
SIgh. I'm an ESL teacher currently in Vietnam, the good thing is there are many fresh fruits, vegetables, and soups available all the time. The coffee and tea are very sweet and pre-made with the sweet condensed milk...I think I need to stop these because I notice they really set me up / wire me to just crave more sugar all day.
But most importantly, I'm trying to figure out how can I eat slower, and avoid the indigestion / stomach bloating that causes a lot of discomfort.
