No rush with this program . It takes a bit of time.
Breakfasts are a matter of finding something that suits you, tastes good and that you look forward to each day.
I throw protein in with my oatmeal,use almonds and walnuts, even eat peanut butter on a bit of rye toast. We are all very different in what suits us.
I started to add spices, mushrooms, peppers or tomatoes to my omelets. It sure woke up my taste buds. Tell us what works well for you.
