I'm so glad you love breakfast You have been doing a fantastic job! What I love seeing is your willingness. And I am seeing patience and ability to listen - wow, all that with just doing breakfast
You sound like you are ready. Why not take the plunge? But I will tell you a secret (this is between you and me), if you feel overwhelmed you can take it very slow (in nano steps) on step 2 and even go back and visit the step one list if you want to.
I am currently working on my step 2 again to get to the point where I love my journal and "to not do it" makes me uncomfortable. If that makes any sense
There are so many uses for ones journal and you can make it fun with stickers and gel pens and did I tell you I love office supply stores
