I'm so glad you love breakfast :h4) You have been doing a fantastic job! :h22) What I love seeing is your willingness. And I am seeing patience and ability to listen - wow, all that with just doing breakfast :h3)

You sound like you are ready. Why not take the plunge? But I will tell you a secret (this is between you and me), if you feel overwhelmed you can take it very slow (in nano steps) on step 2 and even go back and visit the step one list if you want to.

I am currently working on my step 2 again to get to the point where I love my journal and "to not do it" makes me uncomfortable. If that makes any sense :h10)

There are so many uses for ones journal and you can make it fun with stickers and gel pens and did I tell you I love office supply stores :h19)
