breakfast help
I'm on step 1 and am having a very hard time with breakfast. I didn't expect to because I've always eaten breakfast. I thought this would be so easy for me. But I'm having trouble getting enough protein. I weighed 215 when I started and calculated my protein needs as 36 grams/meal. I started out eating 3 eggs and 1/2c cottage cheese and that's still not enough! So I ordered George's shake, thinking I could pump up my protein with that. The problem is, the protein powder doesn't seem to agree with my digestive tract. And now (about a month after I started) I weigh 220! This program is my last hope. Please help with suggestions.
