Step 2?
Hi
I have been on step 1 for 53 days now and I love it!
I even managed to eat breakfast with enough protein and a complex carb on the side within an hour of getting up when we were staying at my in-laws house for the week (they were on vacation so we were doggy-sitters for their two dogs ).
So my question is: when can I start on step 2? I'm not really feeling impatient atm, but I'd like to know if it would be advisable I really don't want to rush this...
Any advice?
