Hi we all have felt this way when we started. But That is the cool part the sugar cravings heal. It really does.
Right now don't worry about the sugar. Work on step 1. Breakfast, do you know it has 4 parts?
1. Within an hour of waking (I do best with half hour)
2. With complex carb (I like oats, holds me the longest)
3. With the proper amount of protien for your weight
4. Everyday
Maybe a shake would work for you until you love breakfast. There are some great breakfast idea on the web site. We also have a breakfast list if you want to join.
