: I suppose one missed breakfast won't

Hi Marcy:

Yikes :s4( no breakfast is hard. I would try to eat a good meal as close to the 8 hour fast time as I could get it. :h6) Generally I when these types of things occur, I bring my morning shake with me and a yamcake. This way I have my breakfast as soon as the procedure is done. I figure they always bring you juice and a muffin afterwards :h3) so why not shake and yamcake.

You might still want to go eat at the restaurant afterwards. Nothing second breakfast to really make a person feel good. :h11)
