Thank you for this Jeff. It means a lot to me because I honestly don't know how to imagine a life without sugar even...the thought alone seems just impossible. I am definitely a binge - sugar consumer, and it's strange that most of my triggers are with drinks. I love sweetened coffee/tea drinks and I don't know how to stop this...maybe stop coffee and tea completely? But I don't know what on earth I'd replace it with. just plain water and even plain juices unfortunately don't seem satisfying enough...I know that sounds just plain silly and I'm giving bad excuses.
How long have you been doing this program?
: You have gotten some great advice
: here. And it really IS never too
: late. I came here thinking that I
: was one of those who was condemned
: to binging on sugar for the rest
: of my life. I just started with
: step one and within a few weeks I
: started feeling more stable. The
: binging decreased and my life
: started getting "stable"
: for the first time ever. I haven't
: binged in quite a while now and am
: only on step 4. So don't panic.
: Slow and steady seems to be a good
: way to do this program
