haha, you are absolutely right! the journey continues no matter what.
I'm having a hard time with sugar mainly in the form of drinks. i know that sounds weird. but it is a huge trigger for me. I love coffee/tea sweetened with milk, sugar, cream, you name it and i'll add it so i don't know how on earth to begin.
Even with breakfast I feel like i'm not doing it right. been trying to have cereal or oats regularly but i feel sick in the mornings, no appetite and just angry at myself. I fail every day trying so hard not to have too much sugar and it doesn't seem to work =(
I don't know what I'm so afraid of...maybe I fear that if I don't have sugary treats, I won't ever be satisfied.
