Re: Trying this for the 2nd time

Thank you for this reply. it helps so much...I do think that I'm having a hard time with breakfast simply because I have no appetite in the morning and I feel a lot of discomfort with eating.

I tend to eat/drink so much with sugar that I'm struggling a lot right now, knowing what in heck do I eat if I'm trying to beat this addiction :s2(

Hi

: It is DEFINITELY okay to take time
: with breakfast, and advisable, it
: can be the hardest step if you are
: not used to breakfast, I wasn't
: either, unless it was at least a
: couple of hours after waking and
: then it had to be sugary cereals.

: It took me 6 months to be able to eat
: breakfast and actually enjoy it.
: Most people when they first get
: here would be like "6 months!
: I can't wait that long to get off
: sugar, I need to feel better
: now!" but even if it takes 6
: months, you will feel better doing
: this for those 6 months than doing
: what you would normally do.

: Hope that helps
