Hi Marcy:

For me, steady on step 2 means I journal consistently every day - my food, amounts, timings, and also post physical and emotional feelings. :h5) For me that took a while. :h6)

At the early stage of my program I don't think I stayed on step two until I loved my journal. :s7( It just wasn't in me at the time. But now I can say that I really like my journal because it tells me so much about how I react to certain conditions i.e. timings and amounts of foods and also types of foods. :h4) But, that is an advanced skill.

You don't need to figure out the step before you get there because truthfully it just causes unneeded anxiety :s3( There are many helpful people on the step three list, they also have many informational sheets that can be accessed. Most people spend a long time on step three because it is a step that involves a lot of change. I sure stayed on the step a long time and truthfully go back to it a lot. :h11)

You are really doing fine Marcia and we are so glad you are here. :h9)
