Cream cheese is fine, but it doesn't have much in the way of protein grams. The flavored kind doesn't have a huge amount of sugar, but for me I find that when I have some it calls to me to have "more and more and more!" The same thing happens with low sugar jam which doesn't have artificial sugars at least, but again calls to me.
Chocolate calling to anybody else? I think it does that for the majority of us ss people, except for the "bread" people for whom bread is much more of a craving.
Well, you probably aren't going to like what I say , but truthfully concentrating on the step you are on and doing it to the best of your ability every day is the cure for any kind of craving. The more you focus on it the more energy you give it as regards anything really. How much better to give your energy to healing?
