Re: Trying this for the 2nd time

:Getting the right mindset was and is important with breakfast. I tell myself sternly that breakfast is my fuel and my energy.
When I want to keep on eating after dark I remind myself that breakfast can be huge the next day. I like to put mine all in one big blender mix. Today I cooked the oatmeal, added almond milk, protein powder a large peeled plum and walnuts.
I am currently recovering from dental work but try to always think of what will be nutritious and healing..
