Re: Trying this for the 2nd time

It is DEFINITELY okay to take time with breakfast, and advisable, it can be the hardest step if you are not used to breakfast, I wasn't either, unless it was at least a couple of hours after waking and then it had to be sugary cereals.

It took me 6 months to be able to eat breakfast and actually enjoy it. Most people when they first get here would be like "6 months! I can't wait that long to get off sugar, I need to feel better now!" but even if it takes 6 months, you will feel better doing this for those 6 months than doing what you would normally do.
