I see some amazing problem solving going on there. Brava! I hope you are continuing to enjoy your breakfast sans cereal. Sometime you may want to try hot cereal - oatmeal or cream of buckwheat made with water and put flavoring in it or berries. It is very tasty. However if you enjoy your breakfast and have time to put it together - wonderful!!! Good idea re quinoa or millet as a side dish - yum!
