Hey Dori,
Thanks for the info - yes, I'm doing all the steps for breakfast - it isn't easy at the moment as I was never a breakfast person at all, I really have to force it down but maybe that will all change in time.
Is the complex carb only with breakfast or does it have to be with the meals as well?
How long have you been doing the steps?
