I had to forgo any idea of shortcuts and hurrying, then keep my own pace and move gradually into a whole new mindset.
The amazing thing is that after getting the breakfast habit in place, there were some immediate small improvements.
It wasn't weight loss for me, nor the big rush of starting a new plan . It was just a comforting thought and remained so as I moved through the steps. :h2)
