Wow, thank you for this kindest email and the support! I guess I'm use to beat myself up so I expected a lot of 'you should know better by now!'
Thank goodness I am here again and this time, I hope to really stick to it...I got so discouraged last time because, well, the steps seem so deceptively simple! so I thought I could do it all so quickly but it seems like it will definitely take me an entire month to master step 1 ( I'm not a breakfast fan! ) is that okay, to take some time with step 1??
Thanks again, this is definitely the only place I can come to. There are soo many 'recovery' meal plans and diets and it gets so overwhelming. But this is the only book I've read, and site I've found, that resonates perfectly with me. Everything I read is 'OH MY GOD
