Pam, I get the breakfast sweet stuff. But now I enjoy whole grain pancakes with apple sauce or peanut butter or yogurt or other sliced fruit. I can now eat spoonsize or grapenuts with out sweetner, but i do mostly oats as i like it and holds me longer.
It does take time. Sometimes it does help to eat "non-traditional" breakfast foods. Who says ya can't have chicken breast for breakfast!!!!
