If you try to cut out sugar too quickly, it can make you feel pretty miserable. That's why this program has steps...so your brain and your body can adjust to the change.
There are all kinds of different protein powders available. When I first started, I had the Nutribiotics Rice Protein Powder, and added things to make it taste good, so I would eat / drink it....which meant I added fruit, or used fruit juice for the liquid.
And my tastes have changed tremendously over time. This morning I had cream of buckwheat cereal, chicken, and ginger...with beets. I would not have enjoyed this at all when I first started the program!
