Wonderful that you have noticed with the right amount and combination of food, you aren't hungry until the next meal! And staying steady on vacation...that's great. Vacation...or any kind of change in routine sure can test our step skill!

: before doing the breakfast
: correctly I would be wanting
: something more to eat within an
: hour! I can not imagine not doing
: breakfast now and just spent three
: weeks on vacation and not once did
: I miss my correct breakfast and it
: was on time! So time to move on to
: step two, I feel I have been

: know I need to put in the effort
: and without a doubt I know it's
