Glad you put your commitment in writing. I have always found that posting is a real benefit to my program. I hope we hear from you often!

: involved a routine and I felt the
: benefit of the correct foods
: immediately, within days I
: realized that after eating the
: correct amount of protein and
: brown that I didn't even think
: about food until around noon,
: before doing the breakfast
: correctly I would be wanting
: something more to eat within an
: hour! I can not imagine not doing
: breakfast now and just spent three
: weeks on vacation and not once did
: I miss my correct breakfast and it
: was on time! So time to move on to
: step two, I feel I have been
: putting this off for a while but I
: know I need to put in the effort
: and without a doubt I know it's
: time.
