: As I continue on Step 2, I wanted to
: ask how do you deal with the
: journaling aspect? I have been
: tracking my food in a
: "Notes" feature on my
: phone, but maybe it will be better
: to have a notebook as suggested in
: PNP? My only concern is having
: nosey people ask me about it. I
: have plenty of those people in my
: life
LOL at the nosey ones!
oh I would so like to encourage you to use pen and paper! I feel that somehow the connection between brain and body is easier when handwriting. I'm certain of this for my self. Something at a cellular level - its quite profound.
Just gets everything knitted up nicely
with journal, I just waited for it to evolve with me. I only had 2 words written in it at first. Very simple. Gradually I found my own style. I did find that easy over time, but for a helping hand, see the journal in the store 'Your Body Speaks' and see the step 2 lists and classes.
Doesn't matter what you write in it. Remember - No judgement here.
I use an ordinary cheap notebook, but I am choosy about the pen, which has to be black I write praises and notes in there, write plans and draw stars, all sorts I keep mine in my breakfast place by the french windows down the side of the sofa. Its too big to carry to work etc, so I carry a bit of paper in my pocket and transfer over later.
we have a guest the next few days...as to my family it wouldnt occur to them to look in my journal... but for privacy journal is moving for a while to my bedside. (My old ones live in the wardrobe). So I know that I have to remind myself of this little change ( easy to forget and then a day is gone!)
what would suit you? a handbag sized one for keeping close to you? or a special 'home' place to keep it? what sort of ideas appeal to you?
