Hi, I have been on step one for many, many weeks I have always eaten breakfast so it has not been too difficult to make the steps involved a routine and I felt the benefit of the correct foods immediately, within days I realized that after eating the correct amount of protein and brown that I didn't even think about food until around noon, before doing the breakfast correctly I would be wanting something more to eat within an hour! I can not imagine not doing breakfast now and just spent three weeks on vacation and not once did I miss my correct breakfast and it was on time! So time to move on to step two, I feel I have been putting this off for a while but I know I need to put in the effort and without a doubt I know it's time.
Just wanted to share and put my commitment to step two in writing.
