Nice job figuring you need more protein! You might enjoy a protein shake. They are quick, easy, and you can make it so you enjoy the taste!
This morning I had a protein shake...with coconut milk and carob powder. For my brown I had a sprouted English Muffin with butter. I also enjoy porridge in the morning, and have been having cream of buckwheat with chicken and ginger.
I've been on the program since 2001...and am amazed daily that it has worked so well!
