A large egg has 6 grams of protein, actually, but it would be hard to get 33 grams of protein from eggs, without adding cheese, meat etc.
Many of us use protein shakes. My protein in my shake comes from protein powder, cottage cheese and greek yogurt. Then I add some fruit, and rolled oats for my complex carb. You can use milk, or an alternative milk like almond milk for the liquid. I use the Restore protein powder from the Radiant Recovery store. If you decide to buy protein powder locally, you would want to find a protein powder that isn't sweetened - that way, you control how sweet it is.
If you aren't used to eating breakfast, you can start with a small breakfast and work your way up to the full amount.

: I started step 1 today. I had a large
: bowl of sugar free muesli and an
: egg for breakfast. then I
: discovered an egg only has about
: 3gms of protein. what do you have
: for protein breakfast. I need
: about 33gms and I no way could eat
: meat every morning or cheese. It's
: easier than it sounds to do this
: as breakfast is quite large taking
: in all that protein and a serving
: of complex carb.
