Janice, I finally tried kale in my shake. We got a bag of organic baby kale, and the last two days I have put a big handful in my shake instead of spinach, and I like it. I was afraid it would taste too strong, but it doesn't. I'm also using peaches from my neighbor's tree in my shake right now. When I run out of peaches, I'll go back to berries.
