So fun to see more folks posting everyday!
August 20 breakfast: shake
*pre-prepped : yes. I tried putting fruit, greens, peanut butter and liquid at night and adding dry stuff in the a.m. Worked well and still enough made ahead that I'm not tempted to skip it.
*enough protein: yes, proteinpowder, peanut butter, greek yogurt
*brown: 1/2 cup oats
*w/i hour: up 6:30, shake 7:15
*greens: 2/3 c steamed kale
*everyday: 19/20
A good day and ready for tomorrow.
