Been there,done that, it is awful...you are experiencing a big BE crash...glad you posted ...and got right back on the program...this too shall pass...you have alot on your plate...being away from home and your normal routine and lonely for your dog and hubbie...be kind to yourself...do the food and keep posting...xox Char
