I think an egg has about 6 grams of protein; if you scramble up about 3 of them and throw in some cheese, that will get you a bit closer. Then maybe add some peanutbutter to your toast... or a lot of people just go for a protein shake. I love eggs and cheese or oatmeal myself (I like actual food in the morning and a shake doesn't seem enough like a meal to me).
