I know it seems tough to get the protein down in a morning, but believe me, it certainly makes us feel better to get the correct amount down for our weight etc. It took me 6 months to get used to eating meat for breakfast, I wasn't much of a breakfast eater other than as a child when my Mom used to make me eat it, and then, it always had to be sugary cereal and usually more than an hour after waking.

There is always the shake option, a lot of people here have protein shakes for breakfast, it's a good way of getting all the protein you need without having to eat vast amounts of food, and of course it isn't savoury. That might be easier for you.

I'm sure some people will tell you more about the shakes.
