Hi; I'm not Colette (I'm Kim and I'm on step 2) but how about a ham and cheese omelet or bacon or sausage with eggs? Or a protein shake, or protein powder added to oatmeal? Greek yogurt or nuts as an add-on? Do you know the formula for figuring out how much protein you need?
