how many grams are you aiming for?
I had shake today ( Look up Restore in the store) its such an easy way to have protein in the mornings.
heres a favourite recipe I did in the past

Cottage cheese is really dense for volume. I also liked it mixed up with toasted oats and fruit
I sometimes have chilli or chicken stew a nd sundays a full english - egg, bacon, sausage - because combining proteins in this way adds up nicely
