breakfast
I started step 1 today. I had a large bowl of sugar free muesli and an egg for breakfast. then I discovered an egg only has about 3gms of protein. what do you have for protein breakfast. I need about 33gms and I no way could eat meat every morning or cheese. It's easier than it sounds to do this as breakfast is quite large taking in all that protein and a serving of complex carb.
