Breakfast in August

:h9) sunday morning walk with a friend and seeing the herons

:h9) making pasta sauce from scratch
:h9) going for a jog

Hi all,
It was back to shake today. I slept in after a late night out with Darling Man. A friend and I try to go walking every Sunday morning so I hopped out of bed and had shake right away so as not to repeat last weekend's misstep with timing.

August 19 breakfast: shake (too thick again)
* enough protein: yes. protein powder, brazil nuts (last of the jar) peanut butter
* brown: 1/2 cup oats which makes it too thick so am contemplating a change here
* w/i hour: up 8:20, shake 8:30
* greens: 2/3 cup steamed kale
* every day: 18/19
