Ever so glad you are back Lisa. I did not think it would work at all ! and though I appreciated everyones stories, I thought I would be the one it would not work for.
your six week experience from before is not wasted. There will be things you gleaned there that will be useful.
I'd say that when I did the same it was really useful for my practical learning . I also learnt that slower and attentive is actually faster in the long run!
I think it did give me enough healing to find the next time that bit easier, I could listen better and try more things.

I found it really hard work just doing breakfast instead of thinking all 6 like I wanted to do!... Posting helped lots to keep my focus there.
remember, no failure, we just learn from our experiences.
are you getting all the e mails from step one list I wonder? I have mine set to just read from the web, then I can call by and it doesnt seem too much. Have a play with the settings if you like
