Hi Camille!
I do remember our conversation online, earlier, yes I do! It's a pleasure to hear from you and to find out how you are doing, these days, Camille.
My heart goes out to you, we have travelled a similar path with the surgery intervention (hysterectomy). I am saddened to hear you also are dealing with a cancer journey. But glad to know you have the valuable information about the food plan, here, and the interaction here too!
I, too, am glad to be able to eat, and to eat well! It really does all come down to our food, doesn't it? What we eat and how we make it happen, how we support our healing with the food. After all, we need to give our bodies the building blocks for restoration and repair. I want to give my body the best building blocks I can possibly give! That includes knowing what to eat, timing what I eat and making sure I have it, all parts of the whole self-care picture.
And when that is taken care of, I can relax, knowing I have done a good job, with the food. My thoughts can turn to what I want to do with my life, and I am able to indulge in writing little encouragements. It pleases me tremendously to do so... thanks for noticing!
Breakfast today:
Shaeke: precooked sweet potato in the blender with presliced and frozen peach, frozen blueberries, olive oil, water. Steak strips on the side, pan fried from presliced and frozen.
Yum!
I wanna use the happy strawberry face too...
Cooler temps, grass is greening, my mini sunflower plant bloomed! (it was gift from my grandmother)
Pleasantly,
Lea (snoozey)
P.S. oh! almost forgot to mention, I got to a daytime awake schedule! my husband and I went on a little car trip, and what with visiting and being out in the sun we were exhausted and fell asleep 11pm ish and managed to tire ourselves out the following day also, for another regular night, and voila! I am awake at 9 am nowadays. It's not 7 am but it gets me to my appts on time.
