Kati...I am so glad you posted...I feel your pain...you have come to the right place... :h2) :h2) how about starting with breakfast tomorrow...step one...protein...a brown carb ...such as eggs and ww toast within an hour of getting up..and posting about it after...I promise that within a couple weeks of doing this you will feel much better...we are on this journey with you...blessings Char
