Kati...I am so glad you posted...I feel your pain...you have come to the right place... how about starting with breakfast tomorrow...step one...protein...a brown carb ...such as eggs and ww toast within an hour of getting up..and posting about it after...I promise that within a couple weeks of doing this you will feel much better...we are on this journey with you...blessings Char
