Re: Tooth out- what in shakes?
In Response To: Tooth out- what in shakes? ()

Hey! I just saw your post from mine before. Total sympathies from the fellow sufferer! I swannee, there is nothing like tooth pain. Now every time I'm with a bunch of fellow moms who start to bring out labor-and-delivery stories I'm gonna bring up my tooth pain story!

Today is my crash-y day, but really even with everything I'm not that bad. I think you get better about being able to minimize downfall. The past few days when it hurt to eat, I ate a lot more times so I wouldn't get to empty. This helped. And today I am going to have a nice, softish lunch somewhere (probably this great lentil soup to go from a great Greek place, let it cool at home and mix some brown rice into it) and then I'm going to have my fruit smoothie (I just direct the straw to the back of my mouth.)

I feel for ya! Hang tight! Soft cooked brown rice is really good for gentle chewing is really helpful, I did that a lot this week.
