Hi all,
extra good shake this morning. nice color, perfect texture, i love when that happens.
August 16 breakfast: shake
*enough protein: yes, protein powder, brazil nuts, peanut butter
*brown: yes 1/2 cup oats
*w/i hour: up 6:45, shake 7:30
*greens: 1/2 cup chop bok choy, 1/2 cup chop spinach
*every day: 15/16
