A good day today. Again wasn't hungry before lunch and rolled with the punches at work.
August 14 breakfast: shake
*enough protein: yes, protein powder, brazil nuts, peanutbutter
*brown: yes, 1/2 cup oats
*w/i hour: up 6:30, shake 7:15
*greens: 1 c spinach
*everyday: 13/14
