Hi all,
Back to the work-week routine today. Added some extra brown today to help with the extra stress this week. Seemed to work as I wasn't hungry before lunchtime.

August 13 breakfast: shake
*pre-prepped: you better believe it
*enough protein: yes, protein powder, brazil nuts, peanutbutter
*brown: 1/2 cup oats
*w/i hour: up 6:15, shake 7:00
*greens: 1/2 cup spinach
*everyday: 12/13

Prepped for tomorrow.
